After 3 month, we can fix the scooter,the fix is free but buyer need to pay the Components, the shipping cost by buyer.
Suggestion: Please fully charge the battery after receiving the scooter. It is recommended to charge the scooter regularly (once a week) to improve the stability and life of the battery.

A1：Our scooters are in stock in France, Spain and Germany. We will choose the best delivery warehouse according to your delivery address. You can receive the scooter within 3-7 days.We will deliver the scooters within 48 hours after you pay.
Q2:Please specify how long the warranty period is?
A2:We will provide one-year free official maintenance and warehouse maintenance in Europe.
Q3: Do I still have to pay tax when I receive the package?
