AMYET warrants that each new electric bicycle and its components are free from any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Lithium Battery (Non-Removable) 6 months

Removable Battery (Removable) 6 months

LCD Display and Controller 6 months

Front Fork/Suspension 6 months

Charger 6 months

Brake Lever/Sensor Cable 6 months

Front Light/Rear Light 6 months

Crankset/bottom bracket 6 months

Pedals/kickstand/seat post 3 months

Throttle/PAS sensor 3 months

Accessories (rear rack, mudguards) 3 months

⚠ Unless damaged during transportation, consumable parts such as brake pads, inner tubes, tires, grips, chains, and reflectors are not covered under this limited warranty.

🚫 2. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper storage.

Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or use of incompatible parts.

Damage caused by water or weather conditions, such as immersion, flooding, or prolonged exposure to rain.

Damage caused by commercial use, rental, or competition, unless prior written approval has been obtained.

Normal wear and tear, rust, cosmetic scratches, fading, or discoloration.

Assembly errors caused by the customer or unauthorized service providers.

Loss or theft of the product.
